1️⃣ Can I cancel my flower order?
Since Il Garden’s flowers are custom-made items, they enter the preparation process immediately after an order is placed to ensure maximum freshness. Once preparation has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
If your order has not yet entered the preparation process (please contact us immediately after placing the order) *and* is more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, we may be able to attempt to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Orders that have already been prepared cannot be canceled; we ask for your understanding regarding the custom and perishable nature of fresh flowers.
2️⃣ Is on-time delivery guaranteed for my flower order?
We guarantee delivery within one day (as early as the same day, and no later than the following day), and we also offer the option to schedule delivery for a specific future date.
The recipient must be available to sign for the delivery during the designated delivery window to ensure the flowers are received in their optimal condition.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances—such as adverse weather or logistics issues beyond our control—we will contact the customer promptly to coordinate a suitable solution.
3️⃣ Will there be variations in the flowers?
Yes. Each floral arrangement consists of natural plant materials and may exhibit the following natural variations:
Slight differences in color shade or intensity.
Minor variations in flower shape or the degree to which the blooms are open.
Depending on the season or current supply availability, certain floral components may be substituted with items of equivalent value.
These variations are considered normal and do not constitute grounds for a return or exchange.
4️⃣ What should I do if the flowers I receive are damaged or missing?
If your flowers are significantly damaged or if items are missing during transit, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt to submit a post-sales support request. Please provide the following information:
Your Order Number.
The Recipient's Name.
Clear photographs (showing the outer packaging, the entire bouquet, and close-ups of the specific issue).
Upon review, Il Garden will offer one of the following resolutions: a free re-delivery, a partial or full refund, or store credit.
5️⃣ Why can't I cancel my order?
Each floral arrangement is created immediately upon order placement; as such, they are classified as custom-made and perishable goods.
Once the preparation process has begun, it cannot be halted or reversed.
To ensure the utmost freshness of our flowers, all orders are treated as final, one-time purchases; therefore, we are unable to offer modifications or cancellations once the order is in production.
6️⃣ Can I pre-order flowers in advance?
Yes. Il Garden offers a pre-order service, allowing customers to schedule delivery for a specific date in the future.
7️⃣ How can I ensure the flowers are received in their best condition? Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact details.
Please ensure that the recipient is available to sign for the delivery during the scheduled delivery window.
Il Garden assumes no liability for any delays or damage resulting from an order remaining unsigned.
8️⃣ Are the flowers a one-time purchase?
Yes, all orders are one-time purchases; once payment is completed, the order immediately enters the preparation and delivery process.
There are no subscription plans or recurring charges.
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once payment has been completed (except in cases where Customer Service is contacted *before* preparation of the order has begun).
