Delivery Commitment: Delivered within one day (as early as the same day, no later than the next day).

Pre-order Options: You may place orders in advance to schedule delivery for a specific date.

Delivery Coverage: We cover major countries and regions across Europe.

⚠️ As flowers are natural and perishable products, please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to sign for the delivery during the designated delivery window.

II. Order Processing Flow

Order Confirmation

Immediately after an order is placed, our system generates an order record and sends a confirmation email.

Flower Preparation

Flower preparation at Il Garden begins immediately upon order confirmation to ensure the utmost freshness of the bouquets.

Delivery Arrangement

Once the flowers are prepared, they are handed over to our professional logistics partners for delivery to the recipient at the scheduled time.

III. Order Cancellation Policy

Since flowers are customized and perishable goods, once they have entered the preparation process:

Orders cannot be cancelled.

Cancellations requesting a full refund are only permitted *before* preparation begins (please contact us immediately after placing your order) and at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

⚠️ Once preparation has commenced, the flowers immediately proceed to the packaging and delivery stages; as this process cannot be reversed, we are unable to support order cancellations or modifications thereafter.

IV. Delivery Instructions

Receipt Requirements

The recipient must be available to sign for the delivery during the designated delivery window.

Il Garden assumes no liability for any damage or delays resulting from an incorrect delivery address or the absence of a recipient to sign for the package.

Special Circumstances

In the event of adverse weather conditions or *force majeure* events, Il Garden will promptly contact the customer to coordinate a suitable resolution.

V. Product Characteristics

Flowers are natural botanical products; therefore, variations may occur regarding color, shape, and the degree of bloom.

Flowers are perishable and delicate goods; please ensure they are signed for and received as soon as possible upon delivery.

Flower availability is subject to seasonal fluctuations; we may substitute specific blooms with equivalent alternatives of equal value, while guaranteeing that the overall style and color palette remain consistent with the original design.

VI. After-Sales Service

Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect the condition of the flowers as soon as possible.

If the flowers have sustained severe damage or are missing items during transit, please refer to Il Garden’s Return and Refund Policy to submit an after-sales service request.

Natural variations or minor imperfections inherent to fresh flowers do not constitute valid grounds for a refund.
