I. Service Overview
Welcome to Il Garden Online Florist. We are dedicated to providing our customers with fresh, high-quality flowers; every bouquet is custom-crafted to ensure optimal freshness and visual appeal.
All orders are processed as one-time purchases; once payment is completed, the order immediately enters our preparation and delivery workflow.
⚠️ Please note: As flowers are delicate, natural products, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have entered the preparation phase (exceptions apply only in cases of transit damage or obvious quality defects).
II. Product Nature and Characteristics
Flowers are natural botanical products; consequently, each bouquet may exhibit natural variations in color, bloom shape, and degree of openness.
Flowers are perishable and fragile goods; therefore, they should be received and signed for as soon as possible to ensure they remain in their best condition.
Each bouquet is prepared in real-time, based specifically on the customer's requirements and order details.
III. Order Confirmation and Preparation Process
Order Confirmation
Upon placing an order, the system will send an order confirmation email, and the order will immediately be scheduled for preparation.
Flower Preparation
Every bouquet is crafted immediately after the order is placed to guarantee maximum freshness.
Delivery Arrangement
Once preparation is complete, the bouquet is handed over to our professional logistics partners for delivery to the recipient within the promised timeframe.
⚠️ Due to the immediate nature of our preparation and delivery processes, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have entered the preparation stage. IV. Delivery & Arrival
Delivery Time: Delivered within one day (as early as the same day, no later than the next day).
Pre-order Service: Supports advance booking for delivery on a specified date.
Receipt Requirements: The recipient must be available to sign for the delivery during the designated delivery window.
Disclaimer: Il Garden assumes no liability for any delays or damages resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer or the absence of a recipient to sign for the delivery.
V. Order Cancellation & Modification Policy
Before Order Preparation:
Customers may contact Customer Service immediately after placing an order to request a cancellation or modification.
Such requests are accepted only if submitted more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
After Order Preparation Begins:
Once the floral arrangement has entered the preparation process, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
Refunds will not be granted for reasons of personal preference (e.g., dissatisfaction with the color or style).
VI. After-Sales Service & Quality Assurance
If the received flowers are severely damaged during transit or if items are missing, please refer to our "Returns & Refunds Policy" to submit an after-sales service request.
Minor natural imperfections, slight variations in flower shape, or color discrepancies do not constitute valid grounds for a refund.
In the event of seasonal substitutions for floral materials, Il Garden guarantees that the overall style and color palette of the arrangement will remain consistent.
VII. Payment & One-Time Purchase Information
All orders are processed as one-time purchases.
Upon completion of payment, the order immediately enters the preparation and delivery process.
We do not offer subscription services or recurring billing.
VIII. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate delivery addresses, contact details, and recipient information.
Ensure that a recipient is available to sign for the delivery during the designated delivery window.

IX. Policy Updates
Il Garden reserves the right to update these Terms and Services at any time; the latest version becomes effective immediately upon its publication on our official website.
